We are excited to announce the 29th Annual National Institute for Leadership Advancement (NILA). NILA 2015 will be held August 5-9, 2015 at Facebook Headquarters in Menlo Park, CA.

NILA is SHPE’s Premier Leadership Training Program for 2015-2016 school year chapter executive board members; each chapter is guaranteed one board member. NILA offers invaluable leadership, chapter and personal development, with culmination as a “Certified Chapter Leader”.

Attendees will have the opportunity to:

• Experience hands on activities that will strengthen your soft skills and your chapter.
• Engage and interact with over 200 of the brightest Latinos and Hispanic professionals, students, and corporate representatives from Fortune 500 Companies.
• Evolve as leaders through case study projects that will challenge and strengthen your leadership skills.
