The UCSC Institute for Scientist & Engineer Educators (ISEE) hosts a 2.5-day workshop specifically for engineering and science transfer students, just prior to the start of the fall quarter.  Participants are given an opportunity to  work closely with graduate students, gain a deeper knowledge of specific S&E subject matter, spend time in the laboratory/field, and learn about internship and research opportunities on campus.  All S&E transfer Students are encouraged to apply.  Those attending Transfer Orientation Day have the opportunity to visit with the WEST staff during the lunchtime Resource Fair, this Friday, July 25 - we hope to see you there!

Accepted applicants with a UCSC housing contract are permitted early campus move-in privileges through the Early Arrival Program, which supersede scheduled transfer move-in day.
