We proudly present UC Berkeley’s 2014 Interdisciplinary Research Conference (BIRC), which will take place on the U.C. Berkeley campus on May 3rd.

The Berkeley Interdisciplinary Research Conference (BIRC) is dedicated to empowering undergraduate students by providing them with the opportunity to present their research through oral and poster sessions. These sessions serve to facilitate discussions with distinguished professors, peers and future colleagues and provide young undergraduate scholars with the opportunity to receive valuable feedback on their research.

The conference is a student organized event, initiated and organized entirely by undergraduates and sponsored by the U.C. Berkeley Psychology Department, Neuroscience Department and affiliated student organizations. In addition to featuring original research by undergraduate students across the nation, the conference will also focus on exciting new ideas in the field presented by distinguished professors.Anyone with an interest in neuroscience, cognitive science, linguistics, psychology, anthropology, integrative biology and/or education is strongly encouraged to attend and participate.

Abstract submission deadline is Friday, March 21st at 5pm PST.
